Day Use
$100-half day
$250 9-5pm
- Day use cocktail cabana seats up to 15 guests.
- Day use dining cabana seats up to 12 guests.
- Oliverio breakfast, lunch or bar menu available.
- Pool facilities are reserved for hotel guest use only.
- Pets are not permitted in the patio area or restaurant.
Evening Use
Beginning at 6:00pm
- Oliverio appetizer and cocktail menu available.
- Pool closes at 6pm.
- Any party over 50 people is subject to additional charges and requirements.
Beverages
- For parties of 45 or less, beverages are billed upon consumption and must be ordered exclusively through the server scheduled for your cabana. Separate checks in one cabana or ordering from the bar inside blue on blue is not permitted for cabana guests and could result in additional service charges.
- Minimum beverage consumption charges are calculated on an Open Bar pricing schedule for the number of guests in your party according to final count on guest list provided by the host.
- For parties of 50 guests or more, Open Bar set pricing must be prearranged and reserved through Special Events Manager. Pricing as follows:
- Limited Bar Package: $12++ per person per hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus a $500 bar set up fee.
- Oliverio Bar Package: $16++ per person per hour for the first 2 hours, $10 each additional hour plus a $500 bar set up fee.
- Premium Bar Package: $20++ per person per hour for the first 2 hours, $15 each additional hour plus a $250 bar set up fee.
- An 8.25% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all food & beverage.
The fine print...
- All guests must park via complimentary valet. No street parking. Additional valet charges for groups over 50 guests apply.
- All guests must enter no later than 11pm Monday through Saturday and no later than 10pm on Sunday due to a Beverly Hills City Ordinance. No exceptions.
- Cancellations received less than 72 hours are non-refundable.
- Charges are fully refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Please obtain a cancellation number from the Special Events Manager.
- ALL CHARGES WILL BE PRESENTED ON ONE CHECK and will be presented by the server scheduled for your cabana. (You may present up to four (4) credit cards to settle the check).
- A guest list must be submitted 48 hours prior to your event. Guests for evening events must be at least 21 years of age.
