KOR HOTEL GROUP ARRIVES IN NEW YORK WITH OPENING OF INTERNATIONAL SALES OFFICE

--Key office launches in anticipation of planned East Coast expansion--

June 14, 2007 (New York) - Kor Hotel Group, the Los Angeles-based hotel management and operation firm, announced the opening of the company's New York office. Aimed to advance Kor Hotel Group's diverse sales and marketing goals, Kor's New York presence reinforces the company's commitment to the promotion of its two newest brands - Viceroy and The Tides.

"We believe that by establishing our presence in New York, the group sets an important platform to expand and promote its portfolio in the Northeast and internationally," commented Nicholas Clayton, President of Kor Hotel Group. "This location provides accessibility to New York's tri-state area, the company's largest feeder market, and allows Kor to position its brands from a strategic location."

In tandem with Kor's established presence in Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Vancouver, BC and Mexico, the New York office will initiate and support the company's growing sales and marketing initiatives on the East coast. Leading this effort will be Allison Ante, National Accounts Director for Kor Hotel Group's Eastern region, and Deborah Lewis, Director of International Sales for the forthcoming Viceroy Anguilla resort. These talented professionals will benefit from the new location through outreach and the cultivation of relationships with international and local travel trade professionals.

Guerrero’s other initiatives include the expansion of the company’s public relations and media presence worldwide. First priority is the establishment of a Mexico City media relations office, allowing the promotion of Kor Hotel Group’s profile and its dynamic Mexican portfolio, which includes The Tides Riviera Maya and Villa del Sol in Zihuatanejo. Other markets being targeted for expansion include the United Kingdom and South America.

Kor Hotel Group's New York office is located at 14 East 60th Street, between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, at the crossroads of Manhattan's most celebrated fashion houses and nearby to Central Park.
